I ordered to use on truck cover. The seam cracked and was leaking. Couldn’t get replacement due to company no longer having. Used this to replace the seam and cover it. Worked fantastic. Seems to be holding up just fine. A little stiff but allows me to fold back too. Definitely heavy duty and great quality. Would order again if needed.

Adhesive doesn't do well in a cold northern garage shop I'll know if its going to work this spring when the weather turns warm . If it doesn't work then I'll strip the adhesive off and use thin 3m double sided automotive attachment tape to adhere the neoprene I absolutely like the neoprene it's perfect for my project. I knew when I purchased this product I might have to do an adhesive redo or removal so I'm not upset at all about the adhesive it's almost impossible to get the very best adhesive preloaded on a product that's for general multipurpose use. Some people think they ship a genie with every product that arrived with general purpose adhesive, its not so, Joe !

I am using this between 2 pieces of metal to keep from rattling and rusting. For this, it seems to work well. The strip sticks well as long as it is held in place by force. You can apply the strip, and if needed, peel off to reposition. However, I think that the strip would slide if side force is applied, the adhesive is not like the normal double sided tape that most of us are use to. The strip itself is a rubber that doesn't compress that much, unlike foam that some people seem to be looking for.

I bought this to make non skid bottoms for e-bay purchased coffee mugs that had the bottom non skid badly worn or worn off. After removing all remnants of the old bottom and adhesive, just cut this to fit, pull the red backing off and stick it to the bottom. I have only used it on ceramic mugs so far and only where the full surface is covered without a seam. (ie - 4" or less in diameter). With this installed you can use as you would any beverage mug. Refrigerate, freeze, microwave, and wash in the dishwasher. It holds up well. Great product for the money. I would certainly buy again!
