The box is made of nice,sturdy materials. It's very easy to set up and has a lot of capacity for spare keys. I mounted it in my closet and it fits nicely in an unused wall space.

Good quality, all the keys fit with room at the bottom. This one is good because there's no keys hanging on the door side, so you don't have to worry about keys hanging too low and not being able to close the door.

Unfortunately I have only had time to unbox for a general look at the product as we are extremely busy. That being said it appears to be a well built product, it's not bulky or oversized, as these things some times are. For me space is limited and I really like that this product is all about the keys, not a pocket for this and a shelf for that. I hope this helps, I will be hanging and loading the product at the end of this week and would be glad to share any and all pros and cons I may or may not find.

After I mounted the key box, and worked on the PIN for keyless lock/unlocking, I found the digital keypad was broken. I received a post-purchase survey from them (via email), so explained to them my disappointment on the keypad. The lock box came with the keys also, so I could just use the key but was bummed I would not have a keyless option with mine. The replacement shipping was done quickly after then, so overall, I think the company is very nice and serves their clients well. I'm very happy with the purchase--the replacement one works well, and it's a great product.
