This is really great. I was able to get the splits in a few days! It did not come with instructions but it was easy to figure it out how to set up but still wish it had instructions. I recommend to buy this

This is just a couple of buckles with strong canvas material belt. I bought this because of the anchor advertised in the picture. the anchor is just a large cylindrical rubber bushing integrated with the canvas belt. Obviously anyone can construct this but I just cant be bothered.When i received it, the anchor is as shown in my picture. just doubled up canvas belt with some (probably cardboard sandwiched in between and then stitched up. Clearly misleading advertisement here.Does it work? sure it does but i'm just upset that the product advertises the anchor one style and the received product is extremely different and less effective. It doesnt give me as much confidence it will hold up as well as the bigger anchor. I cannot give this any marks because of this misleading advertisement.its not a cheap product either ... 20$ for this basic belt?!buyer beware.
