I am not an expert on washers, but it would seem to me that a washer is a washer as a washer's function is pretty simple one. Although the organizer was broken in one place, I liked that the dividers were firmly in place which will keep the washers in thier areas. Also I liked the the size diagram and that the washers were in bags.

I bought this to add to my arsenal of hardware for maintaining my boats and kayaks. It's a very handy kit to have, and easy to monitor which ones need replenishment as you go. Delivery was fast and I'd gladly buy this again if I run out.

I don't use these every day or anything, but when I need one, I need one right now to get something done, and this assortment has most of the sizes I would need for various construction and electrical projects I work on. Stainless steel and lock washers are included. The ship with the washers in small bags inside the bin so they don't get all jumbled up together, and the labels on the lid clearly show the sizes.

If you are looking for low cost stainless washers, this assortment is a superb value. Depending on the washer, I pay five to ten times as much. Not only has the product saved me money, it has obviated numerous trips to the hardware store. Moreover, I have been able to finish products in the evening when the hardware store was closed.The quality of these washers is fine for my purposes. n fact, I never really noticed the imperfections other reviewers discussed. If I was building an airliner or ICBM I might skip this set at go directly to a US manufacturer. Yet, for all of my design projects the quality has been more the adequate. If there more stainless steel screws assortments at this price point I would be ecstatic. Marine hardware sets are very expensive despite having limited screw sizes. Meanwhile stainless screw sets for RC cars generally are cost effective but are more specific to a particular model of RC that is irrelevant for my purposes.ATD - please provide stainless machine screw sets in this price range!
