I got these not because I need height or anything, but I stand at my standing desk all day, and find it’s strangely more comfortable on tiptoes, so these work for that. And help with leg pain. They cut down and fit in shoes well.

Having recently not realised I'd broken my hip in a fall and lost a little leg length in the process, I was looking to upgrade my previous heel lift (long story) from 12mm to somewhere around 20-25mm. I tried a few other products out (such as one that gave adjustable height via using several stepped insoles - never again) I chanced these slightly more expensive ones. They're great! Super comfy, a good size, very supportive heel (even in slippers). I only need a left shoe insole so I wish you could buy these singly as I've tried adapting the right foot one into a left with vaguely ok results (not recommended) so I feel like I'm spending more for my own needs a wasting half the whole product.

My feet were sliding around on these insoles. I tied the shoes up as tight as I could but it didn’t help. They would be better if the material on the top of the insole had better grip.

The product is as mentioned , the problem i noticed is how shoes are not made to have these in them. It makes your foot higher in shoe so shoe needs to be more loose if you have wide feet this will be a problem. You can clearly see my heel in the back and that looks silly. Pick the shoes carefully . Im already 6-1 was looking for the extra but not worth it.

These full length elevating insoles are excellent quality and work very well. They are comfortable to wear, design is simple and they are invisible in shoes. I like that colour is black. I ordered 2 under heel inserts from Ailaka company few months back, and they are very durable and lasting. Great quality. That is why I ordered the full length now; I really like the effect of being taller. Very reliable seller, their description of which height to use in which shoe is very informative and helpful. I am 💯 % happy with my purchase and highly recommend these elevating insoles.

These work perfectly. The 2,5 cm insoles must have a little higher ankle boot as your foot sits higher in the shoe & the 1.5 cm works for most any shoe.
