I didn't have a good experience with this tire chuck.The one I received didn't have a threaded hose connector, but rather a hose barb that would require additional hardware like a hose clamp and plain open-ended air hose.This appears to be made from mostly brass (not copper) and while it does feel well made (the spring in particular is beefy and provides great push-back on the lever) I wasn't able to get it to connect nicely with standard tire valves (Schrader valves).Not recommended.

Great way to quickly convert any threaded/screw-on tire filler to a quick connect tire filler.The threads on this device match the standard threads on bicycle/car tire stems so if you have a pump/compressor hose that has to be threaded on, just add this to turn it into a quick connect device, and it even has a air release button so you can adjust the pressure if you over inflate.The spring in the quick connect mechanism is quite strong so once it is pressed on to the valve stem and the lever is released it grabs onto the stem very well and does not come off while you are filling the tire.The best part is, if you really need or want the threaded connection for some reason, all you have to do is unscrew this and use your threaded end, giving you "2-in-1" option.. I use this on our main manual bicycle pump which has a threaded connector. Works great.
