This product is marketed as an exclusive, luxurious camping mattress for two people. Using an automatic pump, I inflated the mattress in about five minutes. However, it has three plugs that must be securely sealed to retain the air. Unfortunately, the mattress deflated before I could even lay down on it. I ended up sleeping on the partially inflated mattress until the early hours of the morning last weekend. The mattress is cumbersome, difficult to use, and uncomfortable.In contrast, I have a similarly designed camping mattress for one person that is much more comfortable and user-friendly. This product's design and concept need significant improvements before I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Prior to this purchase, I've always just slept on the ground when camping. But I'm getting older, and my body isn't as thrilled with the idea of sleeping on the ground as it was in prior decades. Unfortunately, this lines up perfectly with when my kids have hit fun camping ages! This mat is great. It's a far cry from the comfort of an air mattress, but it's small, easy to pack, has room for two, and doesn't need a pump! I will say, when I first filled this up, I didn't fill it enough. It looked full but when we laid on it, I was on the ground still and the kids were the only ones benefiting from the padding. A few more stomps on the foot pump and we were all floating on air.
