1. The filter is too dirty after a long usage.
2. There’s odd smells (Moisture will affect filter’s condition).
3. The filter does not work at all.
4. After using for a while(about 3-6month),the filter reset button will flash to remind you.
How often d oI need to change the air purifier’s filter?
It depends on your air quality. We recommend that you change your filter every three to six months, but if your indoor air is really polluted, you may have to change your filters more often.

Very expensive product. Trying to return it as ai found a cheaper one that is compatible with the purifier. At first, the customer service said they may refund the difference of the amount if I gave them the cheaper product I found. I sent them the proof, and then all of the sudden they said they cannot accept it. I file a claimed to return it as I no longer need it. And they still do not accept it! What a piece of scam! Money grabber!!DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, STAY AWAY!

I didn’t realize how huge the filter is for my air purifier. And that they would have to be changed so often. Really bad for the environment…. But can’t say that anything is wrong with it in terms of function.
