I can’t review item for joggers because I only walk for exercise. It’s comfortable and doesn’t bounce all over while you walk. The water bottle fits very snug. It works for me perfectly.

Overall it was a good purchase. Came in reasonable time and does the job it was meant for.. I wouldn't say its no bounce, or maybe I have more bounce in my run, but it does bounce up and down.. Tried it with the bottle holder on my back of waist and front. Currently I'm using it when I walk the dog, pockets are great for a water bottle for the dog and has pockets for the poop bags!.. A good value for the money

I wanted something that had a smaller profile when wearing while I walk/run. I needed a belt that could old a descent sized drink for when I do my workouts in the warmer weather and this looked like it would work. I got this and was immediately impressed. The fit is great and very very adjustable to any size waist. I first used a 12 oz sports drink on my first 5 mile hike and it worked perfect! It has the smaller profile I was looking for and held my drink with no problems whatsoever! I watched very carefully after reading some of the negative reviews to make sure the drink does not slip out and it stays put completely. So I decided that I would order an 18 ounce thermos to use so I ordered on on Amazon and just got it. It fits perfectly and what I really like is that there is a safety band that you can loop around the top of the thermos or any drink that protrudes out to make certain that it stays in the pouch and it works! So all of the reviews that I read that stated that their drinks kept falling out is ridiculous....there is no way what I am using will ever fall out of the pouch no matter how much walking or running I do. The 2 pockets hold my car keys and small wallet I have, they are not large enough to hole my Galaxy S20 which is fine, that is what my pockets are for. If you have a smaller phone, you might be able to get it in the one larger pocket. Over all, I love this and will be using it a lot!!

I run to the gym and this belt worked perfectly. I cut the straps so it fit well. Water bottle (separately purchased) fit. The large pocket fit my iPod 7 gen and Samsung 6 edge. In addition the small pocket fit a padlock for gym locker. Con was that the material broke down in 10 months thats why I put 3 stars. I did buy the item again for convenience.Use it 3 to 4x a week

Does not fit iPhone 11’s. Just in case you are hoping to put your phone in the pocket. I kept it because I put my phone in the water bottle holder. It’s a bit disappointing.It doesn’t ride up or down which is great.

This belt fits so light and comfortable against my abdomen, you hardly notice it! Holds a water bottle and has a nice pouch that holds my bandana and cell phone. Another little pouch on the other side of bottle holder holds chapstick and small items. The velcro strap around the waist is soft and smooth; no twisting or pinching or discomfort at all! And it's easy to adjust. You can wear it low rider below your belly button or hike it up around your waist. I've been walking dogs for twenty plus years and have had MANY fanny packs, water bottle holders, etc. and this one is by far the most comfortable. There's even a loop I can hang my dogs' collapsable water bottle from. It's amazing and inexpensive!
