Nice case, especially for an AR pistol or shockwave type shotgun. The Allen battalion is a more versatile case with more storage for full length carbines. I have had both for several years and they are worth the money.

The zipper gets stuck at times when its fully opened & try closing it. Decent padding. Got for my first rifle and happy for what it is for the price. It definitely needs some straps to hold your weapon as it will slide back from the front pouch if you sit it up. Of course, an upgrade like that would increase the cost but great overall

Great design and quality construction, holds an AR "just right" into a flat compact package. Externally, Velcro flap mag pockets and a zipper pouch running along the outside are just right for minimal additions. Like tight jeans, this forms a compact package so nothing too bulky in the pockets. I do manage to zip up with a prism red-dot attached, but no promises. 36" just zips up AR w/ 16" -- BUT DO VERIFY YOUR OAL.

Really impressive build quality.Nice additionnel pouches for ammo and accessories.Great buy at a great price, would highly recommend. Of all 6 gun cases I own, this is by far my favourite, and had I known of it before, would be my only choice (perhaps having a few different length ones to better accommodate my different riffles and guns)

I am using the 32" variant of this case to store a modified Crosman P1322 air pistol. It is really more of a carbine form factor than the original pistol, given a 4.5" longer barrel, a 32mm objective scope on high profile rings, and a Crosman grip stock. This case fits this setup perfectly, like it was designed for this unusual configuration.The case is study and of good quality overall, and the padding provides adequate protection, though it is not the thickest. The zipper closes from one end - towards the stock - and is not among the more overbuilt zippers I've seen on rifle cases. The fabric shell is tough, but the lining is a fleece-like material that quickly soaks up oil and dirt, which is not a great choice for a case meant to store firearms. The two storage pockets don't provide much room, and the magazine pockets are an awkward fit for 30-round STANAG magazines, though they could fit multiple pistol magazines. Any M4 form factor AR carbine will certainly fit, but if I'm transporting a $1000+ firearm, I would never use a case this flimsy; I generally use hard cases for my pricier rifles, and can then put plenty of magazines, multiple optics, and other gear in the same case so I have fewer things to carry. This case doesn't provide much utility in that regard.It's not the best case out there by any means, but for $30 and the fact that it perfectly fits my peculiar airgun, I will give it 4 stars. If you're looking for a case for a P1322 or P1377 custom build, this is the best option out there right now.

High quality zipper and heavily padded. Fits very well my Crosman/Panther Arms DPMS SBR Rifle even with the mounted red dot sight (I took the 32 inches model). I would say that it will perfectly fit for a tactical rifle of about 28-29 inches. The pockets are perfect for the magazines (standard M4 mag size). For the price that I have paid, it's perfect! I'm very satisfied and my rifle is well-protected!

The zipper is big(1 zipper), and foam are thick. Fit very with my CZ 518 Tactical with scope on as well Type 97.Better quality than my local gun shop with the same price range!Fast delivery! Love the product!

My AR is 33" with its comp and it fits in the this 36" case with plenty of room. Case will have room for some ad-on rifle accessories later on. No inside straps or fasteners but it does have an internal mussel pocket that I like. The outside pockets are easy and handy; two long (deep) mag pockets and I really like the utility of the external mid-case pocket and the even larger external pocket at the mussel end of the case.(All rifle cases become plump with a rifle inside... so long stiff mag in an external pocket did not make sense to me. So, for me, I skipped all the other cases that have lots of external skinny mag pockets and pick this model.)One-way zipper works really well and is a good size. Handle is comfortable. No strap. But has sturdy ring in the center of the top (back side) and a web loop at the bottom if a person want to add a strap.Would buy again!
