Parts was definitely cheaper build than original part and fittings were different size so couldn't use without changing all the other fittings to run same size hoses, so just decided to rebuild the old one.

Not a direct replacement. I had to pull the plunger out of my old solenoid and use it in this one. Once I did that, it works, for the most part. Not as precise as the oem part, but I am able to use my machine now.

I have a 10 year old Derek Weaver tire changer and have been dealing with valve leakage for a couple years now. Just last week one valve completely let go and needed replacement. I replaced both valves for good measure, with these matching what was in there exactly, aside from needing to swap over two of the provided fittings for the old ones. As another reviewer mentions, double check the shaft orientation prior to assembly. With the three-screw-hole cap facing the same direction as the valves I removed, the inner shaft was in backwards on both units I ordered. To correct this, you just need to pull the shaft out, flip it around, and put it back in. It was mildly annoying to have to take everything back apart to fix it.Otherwise they work fine and don't leak. Time will tell how long they will last, but for the price, I may order another to have on hand. Last note, the listing claims the valve is aluminum, but it is very much a plastic housing.
