This item is NOT WIFI enabledPoor screen quality - screen angle is critical for accurate colour on screen - if on a counter on it's stand, and you are looking down at it - the colour is washed out! You end up lowering your head to get the best angle for the colours to be intense.The location of the AC power, USB ports are very tight to each other at the back, and awkward to use - some USB sticks are too wide or too thick to insert into space. There is no regular S2 card receptor - this complicates using the frame for photo play or slide shows.Amazon will to allow return of this product!!

Despite creating videos and content in the exact format required, video would lag, stutter, and was of poor quality. There were also bugs in the software itself. They offered to replace it for me but its juts too much work to ship it somewhere, so I just use it to show static images now. Audio was garbled too.

One of the biggest ones I could find in the market, they are really large, they can play pics, music, videos, they have a protectve screen and are HD. I just love the, this is one of the many I have bought, they are useful to place pics of friends and loved ones, whenever you need cheering up and or comforting reminder or who and what is most important in life. Thank you Aluratek for making these quality frames.

This is my second one since I broke my first one. Great little frame crystal clear picture, great for displaying all the photos you want to put on it. Very happy with it and would recommend it.

This works well! I got it for my grandparents who live in an RV and travel year round since they were out of space for new pictures. It was easy to set up for them and the quality of the images is fairly good! I am happy it doesn’t require wifi as that makes it really easy functionality wise. The only thing I wish it would do is shuffle better, it does the same shuffle every time you turn it off and on so it always starts at the exact same picture which sucks if you have tons on there. Overall my grandmother loves this and is super happy with it, and if you are looking for something simple this is a great choice

The power supply is missing from the box. I only got one USB-C cable, but the device doesn’t even have a USB-C socket.

I love this frame so much I’ve bought 3 so far! The quality is excellent and the size is great for really showing off your pictures. It’s easy to operate and the clarity and colour of pictures is amazing! Aluratek makes a high quality frame with outstanding resolution. Highly recommended for anyone wanting the best digital frame on the market.

I got this as a gift for my mother. Set up was easy . at first I could not get the pictures from my usb to show up but I took out the usb and put it back in and it worked. My mom absolutely loves it. She can now see pictures of her grandkids family and friends and thats what is important . the quality is alright its not horrible . its decent to give as a gift or to just have on a shelf at home

Displays a few photos upside down.. Looked at file and even tried rotating it so it is upside down on computer to see if it then displays correctly, didn't work. For all the necessary features (slide show effects), it would be nice if it has the option to rotate a picture in the device. Also to chose to show portrait pictures in the landscale view but shrunk with black on sides.. Instead it just shows portrait on side. Also, kickstand only allows it to be set up landscape. Would be good if it could be set up either way. Overall, works otherwise... Not bad given its the least expense of most.
