It grew something else, not the one in those photos! This is i see happening all the times in Amazon! Seeds are poor quality or different!

Amaranth seeds took a while to germinate and was slow to grow due to our weather, however they have taken off due to hotter weather in British Columbia and we have harvested enough for one meal so far with more to come.
