The quality appears to be equal to the ones seen at the marine store. They were delivered very quickly and easy to install. Mounting screws were not supplied.

These stainless cleats appear to be very high quality. Time will tell but so far so good. Would also recommend when using screws and not through bolts. Use a #12 screw as long at the wood will accommodate.
