If I could give this a 10/10 then I would, definitely recommend even if you aren’t pregnant. So comfortable and love to use it when I read in bed, offers great back and neck support.

Has been extremely useful during my pregnancy. So soft and surprisingly fluffy and comfy. Allows me to sleep comfortably on my side without putting too much pressure on belly. Also provides me with much needed alignment of hips by wedging in between my legs. Next time I would probably get more of a "U" shape so that when switching sides I don't have to flip the entire pillow in order to keep support between my legs.

I have a love hate relationship with this pillow. On one hand it helps when I had shoulder aches, on the other hand it gets so hot when I lie on it. It sucks as a nursing support as well and now I just have a giant U pillow I don't know what to do with.

I bought this pillow to ease some aches from a hard mattress, and I am super impressed with it. It is both supportive and squishy enough, has a quality zipper, and I washed the cover right away and it came out perfect. I can't vouch for what it would be like as a pregnancy pillow but it is comfy for me for both sleeping and reading.

I'm not pregnant, I just wanted a large body pillow and boy does this hit the nail on the head. It's contoured, fills nicely in the dryer, the case is comfy. It's sturdy enough to stand up to me flipping about. Very supportive and nice and large, and I'm 5'10.

The AMCATON 60-Inch Pregnancy Pillow is pretty comfortable and definitely helps me find better sleeping positions during pregnancy. The U shape supports my back and belly nicely, and the extra-large size is great for full-body comfort.However, the pillow could be a bit firmer – it flattens out more than I expected, especially after a few nights of use. I also noticed that the filling shifts a lot, requiring some fluffing to keep it comfortable. Overall, it’s a decent pillow and provides good support, but it could be improved with a bit more firmness and stability.
