This large bag makes an excellent counterweight to hold things down at the beach. Just fill it with sand and use the clip to attach to whatever you're trying to keep from flying off in the wind. MUCH better than just sticking an umbrella in a hole that's for sure. Safer for you and those around you with this attached to keep things from flying around. Works great for other shelter as well if you need a little additional weight to keep it in place.

Works well, and I think designed for use with wet sand to really anchor out a tarp without any pegs or spikes to drive in to the sand.The price was very reasonalbe at the time of this review and is a high value item.
