I bought three of these for an added bathroom after having success in our main bathroom. Two of them didn’t come with timers and the third one took so long to ship that Amazon canceled the order. I had to buy one on ebay because it was out of stock here for months. And the timer on that one didn’t work! Ancona can you help me out with these timers? The towel racks themselves are solid but all these issues have been extremely annoying
