Installation steps:
1. Drill holes after measuring the hole spacing.
2. Insert the anchor nail into the solid wall with a hammer.
3. Align the bottom plate with the anchor holes and screw in the screws.
4. Fix the column on the bottom plate.
5. Use a hexagon wrench to tighten the screws to complete the installation.

3 out of 4 hooks were scratched up and/or have cosmetic damage. They are also made of plastic and not the advertised brass.

Quality is super cheap. Lightweight, not sturdy. Colour is orangey brass colour. Not a nice colour at all. I'm surprised so many reviews are okay with the quality and colour when it looks nothing like the pictures. And if you want to return it, you have to pay shipping. Overall, not worth it!!

Cute, simple and easy to hang!!! I bought these for my laundry room off my bathroom so we could hang towels. They do the trick! I like how I can hang 2 towels on 1 hook which is a space saver in my tiny space.
