Installed on a 2012 Mazda 5. Fit was exactly rights, quality of the product was quite good. Have driven the vehicle for a couple months since replacement and no issues

YES the bracket works on Mazda 5 GT 2008, see last picture. Nice finish, threads work with original fastners, new washers and hardware included. My only issue was the "Both sides Pair" option was NOT available when I ordered, even though I had saved that way on my list. It means I now have ot sperately, and expensively order the other side : ( Good news is now it has that option again so I recomend you change as a pair.

I got this caliber, and the calibre itself is good, but I had to use my own mounting bracket because the one that was sent was cross threaded and no good Think this would’ve been picked up on quality control.
