Bought this off Amazon and was so happy when it was an exact fit. Ordered RTV gasket maker and oil pan together. Car runs so much better after having the dented one for so dam long.

Installed with ease , oil pan seems to be of good quality. Use the feltpro gasket, no leaks . Made sure that both mating surface were clean . No silicone needed . Drain plug is bigger than original oil pan , not a big deal . The orignal pan only lasted 7 years , it was rusted out to a point oil was leaking through .... All worked out well for me so , I recommend this oil pan .Cheers 👍

Part seems to be the same quality as oem. Installed perfectly after original pan needed to be replaced. I would recommend this to anyone needed to install a new oil pan in their Jeep Cherokee, may fit other makes and models but worked great for my application.
