Installed Dec 2023 it was simple and easy to do it’s now end of March and white bushings just broke off, have contacted company let’s see if they do anything to replace the unit, response from them was your past the 30 day return window, so if I pay for shipping around $30 when they receive it they may send me a new one, that is completely unacceptable, wipers are a safety concern this is my daughters car and I can’t wait months to fix it, the product as they say is superior in quality should have lasted more than 4 months and so disappointing that they will not stand behind their products, why do they want me to send old one back they can see the broken part, do the right thing and send a new one asap! But they will not do that!

I just received this linkage yesterday and had it installed this morning. The installation is simple, but once It was installed you couldn't get it to land in the proper position. It lands almost in the middle. When you use it it goes down from the middle and then works normal all the way up and down. But as soon as you stop using the wipers it will land almost in the middle of your windshield making it a nuisance to look out your windshield. If you try to move it manually the motor automatically moves the wipers up and down and then go right back to the middle position. Very frustrating!

Replaced nissan rogue 2012 fits like oem. I wish it had instructions. Getting the starting point of the linkage was the hardest part. the motor has an arrow to show you direction. So you have to visualize how to bolt the control arm before instalation. Also take pictures during removal of original, it helps

It worked but it took my a while to adjust the linkage on the right position. I wish if they send it already adjusted on the right position.
