I use this as a supplement food source to make sure that if I am not giving them all they need through vegetable scraps and such, I know they are getting what they need with the worm food. I smell the cinnamon and really smells good. They definitely are enjoying it because there is no more trace of it when I give them their next feeding. Very good product. I only give them 2 scoops about every 5 days.

1 lb 14 oz in the freezer bag - 2+ ounces short of 2 lbs so not so excited about that.Wife loves the bag!It includes a plastic tablespoon for feeding.
