I’ve been dealing with a strained metatarsal, experiencing jarring pain for some time until it was so bad at times I was limping. Well, that was until I got these. They have been a game-changer for me! They’ve completely stopped the pain and allowed me to move around much more comfortably. Great support, superb quality, and they are a really good fit for my size, making them easy to use. I tried lots of things before this; the other insoles I tried before were useless. These are such good value for money. In fact, I finally had an appointment with a podiatrist, and these arrived the day before. When I went to the podiatrist, she was very impressed when I showed them to her. Highly recommend if you're dealing with metatarsal pain or something similar!

Metatarsal pad is closer to the arch of foot instead of the ball of foot, should be where pen is pointing.

Bei leichter Korrektur der Mittelfuß Fehlstellung sehr zu empfehlen. Die Sohlen sind dünn genug um in meine geschlossenen Schuhe zu passen, stabil genug um schnell heraus genommen zu werden und dabei nicht immer umzuknicken. Nach ein paar Tagen haben sich meine Füsse an die neue Art zu Laufen gewöhnt, ich habe keine Schmerzen mehr beim Abrollen und die Druckstellen am Ansatz zum kleinen Zehen haben sich schon deutlich zurück gebildet und somit verbessert. Ich werde mir noch ein paar Sohlen bestellen. Sie sind, was mich betrifft, definitiv ihr Geld wert.

These insoles work great and have completely revived my shoes! My feet hurt much less, and I can comfortably go on long walks now. The fit was perfect right out of the box—no need to trim them down. They're incredibly comfortable and have been a huge help in relieving metatarsal pain. Highly recommend this product!

I have pain in the ball of my foot. These Insoles did not help at all. They didn't fit into most of my shoes either.

Ayant la maladie de Morton, j'ai utilisé les semelles lors de randonnées sur l'île de la Réunion, ça aide vraiment, les douleurs ne reviennent que vraiment sur de très très longues distances.Je les utilise en permanence dans mes chaussures de randonnée.

Any number of much more expensive products have not come close to the usefulness of these insoles. Not only are they are good value, they provide good support in all the right places allowing me to walk a much longer time than I had previously found possible.
