incredibly useless device and staples.I just needed a heavy duty plier stapler. Big expense to get this, and had to buy these incredibly hard to obtain P 35 staples.Fired two successfully, then it totally jammed. Couldn't extract staples, couldn't fire them. Couldn't free them. It is inert.Beyond frustrated after waiting for 3 weeks to get the combo.And Arrow is a name I've trusted forever, I've got their hammer tackers, lightweight, heavyweight staplers, probably purchased 15-20 of them over the past few decades.This device and these staples are utterly useless and a total piece of crap. Trust me.

I am happy with these staples as they work perfectly with the P35 stapler and I have not had even one jam up yet. They are also strong enough that they don't unbend under pressure.
