My daughter bought 3 of these frames through TikTok Shop for gifts, after 2 months 2 of the frames stopped working. I ordered one for a gift and mine stopped working the next day. I reached out to Arzopa's Customer Service and got the run around, after the 3rd email, they said I could send the frames back at my expense and then they would replace them after they received the broken ones. Each email they would ask for info. that I had already sent.

Generally most photos are 4:3 not 16:9 aspect ratio so despite this frame being “15.6 inch” the ratio actually makes it a 10” by 7.5” frame if in portrait mode. I guess if you don't care about how your photos look you can set it to stretch out the picture to fit the frame but I rather not have the distortion. It was a good price when I bought it on sale and set up wasn’t too bad. I can’t get past how dumb the ratio is though. I don’t want a small tv this is supposed to be a picture frame.

Amazing technology. Great size frame allowing for a good display even across a room. The unit can be set to turn off at night and start again in the morning at user defined times.Loading photos is easy, and you can even send them directly from your phone via WiFi, or even someone else's phone if you grant that person temporary access.Would but another one if these without hesitation. Definitely recommend this product

Excellent screen images if you're using a high megapixel count camera. Loading the images is a bit laborious (10 pics at a time, multiple menus, long repetitive scroll down, backing out, etc.) but that's because they want you to upgrade to Frameo+ which simplifies the process. Otherwise a great buy and we're enjoying seeing our extensive travel and family pics very much!

La qualité reproduite à l’écran est bonne (photos prises avec un cellulaire).Reste à voir la fonctionnalité des amis invités à transmettre des photos.À ce stade-ci, je suis très satisfaite de mon achat.

The device is not easy to use and I'm returning it. It's just not worth the cost or the headache. Without a subscription, the app is basically useless. Uploading pictures should be so much easier, but it's not. You need to upload one by one, scrolling through all photos on your phone or through some folders like favorites but it will absolutely not allow me to link to a custom folder created for the frame. I've already wasted too many hours on this. Rebooting takes forever and leaves you on a warning screen for too long. It also has a warning not to unplug while in use. Given that we face power outages frequently here, it just seems like it's going to fail given it had trouble rebooting when it was shut down properly. It's too bad, it seems like it could have been a promising product and it seems like in 2024 we should be able to find something that works better than this, but it seems that everything needs a monthly subscription to work properly these days, despite the high up front cost. Considering that I got this on sale with $50 off, and am still returning it, it's a strong pass at full price.

Pros: beautiful display, very useful touchscreenCons: it does not matter that the display is beautiful if it refuses to restart after moving it to a different room. And yes, I turned it off properly by pressing the off button and unplugging it after it turned black. I have actually done this done this more than once, moving it to a different area to continue loading it. Each time I had a long struggle to get it to restart. I bought this just over a month ago as a birthday gift for a close relative. I finally finished loading it with lots of old family photos. The birthday is tomorrow. I plugged it in to watch the results of all my hard work and it absolutely refuses to restart this time. I am past the 30 day return window. This product has been a total waste of money and effort, and what do I do for a birthday present now? I guess it is obvious how furious I am. Do not buy this frame. If Arzopa has a fix for this I will gladly retract my complaint.UPDATE: The seller allowed me to return the frame to them and replaced it with a new one. This new frame works perfectly and I am very pleased with both the frame and the prompt response to my problems!

This is a gift for my elderly parent. They are not tech savvy and it is easy to use. The only disappointment is that loading pictures from anything but a cell phone is cumbersome. Many steps.
