First off, the product show more of a bronze color then gold. It is costume Jewelery, but this looks really cheap. The cross is about 1 1/2 " long. Looks like something a young 20 year old man might wear to look "cool".

The necklace itself is very pretty and dainty, but there is a big black spot in the middle of the pink enameled heart. I cannot give this as a gift in this condition and will be returning it. I ordered a second one because my daughter really wanted this necklace and it also had a black spot, this one larger than the first. Returning the second, and will not be reordering. I'm really disappointed too because otherwise, this would have been a great gift that she would have enjoyed.

I like this necklace. It has a lobster claw opening. Very nice change from a plain chain. The paperclip chain is beautiful with the heart. I will enjoy wearing this necklace.

Shipped fast and packaged well. This Is a very beautiful necklace, has a very dainty and feminine look to It which Is my style. The chain seems delicate but strudy, the clasp works well. The packaging Is nice as well. Overall I've been loving wearing It and I'm happy.
