This is exactly what I was looking for! Fit my 320+mm GPU and my 360mm AIO cooler. Great wire management, lot's of spaces for fans, one spot to mount SSD, but now-a-days with m.2 drives you don't really need more. I would have liked to get the mesh panel version, which wouldn't arrive for some time, but I am impatient and didn't want to wait longer. Still looks amazing and extremely happy with this purchase. (Picture is a little blurry. Blue item is Lego GPU support I made and does not come with the case)

It’s waaaay too big to be a “micro” case. It is bigger than my current micro case. That is my only disappointment. I was able to fit all components with a lot of room to spare, even with a huge graphics card. It hides all the cables for a clean build. Great airflow.

Please note that this case review is NOT for the tempered glass edition, be sure to verify which version you are getting. This is probably the best mATX case right now, the perforated panels provide great airflow and are easy to remove if you like to tinker or you make hardware changes a lot like I do. There is a lot of internal space for custom builds and it is generally easy to work in, I had no issues installing parts and managing cables. The few negatives I noticed are: 1 included exhaust fan is 3-pin and feel that the front panel section space can be better used.

Nice material, easy to assemble. Perfect size for my ITX motherboard and SFX PSU, but you have to check that your cables are long enough. For me, I was lucky in that I had a spare set custom made when I was using a Meshlicious SFF case.Fits my Noctua NH-U14S cooler that's 165mm tall just enough that it's not touching the glass. I've got 6 fans cooling my system; 1 under the front PSU cage, 2 on the bottom of the case, and the back with two top ones on top as exhaust. All of these are 120mm, and the bottom ones for the GPU are 15mm thick. My GPU and CPU Temps are now 10° lower even though I had the same fans in my Corsair 2000D.I did buy the tempered glass one, but the description of the product did not match photo. Check and make sure that you see 'TG' somewhere in the style for the product to get the right one, because otherwise you'll end up with the mesh one.

Slightly weird setup given the placement of the PSU, but it has a uniquely short height dimension that makes it fit perfectly in my shelving unit. The case is solid, and the pop off mesh siding is super convenient. Easy build and reasonable for cable management. Good price point, would buy again, but I fear i may not need a case again for a long time.

Overall Rating: 4 out of 5 starsFor: MicroATX builders seeking a stylish and spacious case, fans of minimalist aesthetics, those prioritizing airflowAgainst: Limited cable management options, awkward disk drive installation, tight PSU spaceDesign and Build Quality: 4.5 out of 5 starsThe Prime AP201 punches above its weight in the design department. Its sleek, tempered glass panel and minimalist aesthetic blend seamlessly into any setup. The build quality is solid, with a sturdy steel frame and high-quality materials. It might be compact, but it feels surprisingly hefty and well-constructed.Space and Compatibility: 4 out of 5 starsDespite its 33-liter footprint, the AP201 manages to pack in impressive space for a MicroATX build. It supports ATX power supplies, long graphics cards, and even 360mm AIO coolers, making it surprisingly versatile for its size. However, be warned: cable management can be a bit tricky due to limited routing options behind the motherboard tray.Cooling: 5 out of 5 starsAirflow is king in the AP201. Its perforated mesh front panel and strategically placed fan mounts ensure ample air circulation. It comes with one pre-installed 120mm rear fan, but there's plenty of room for adding additional fans or AIO coolers for truly exceptional cooling performance.Ease of Use: 4 out of 5 starsThe tool-less side panels are a breeze to remove and reinstall, making access to your components easy. However, the disk drive installation, while possible, can be a bit awkward due to limited space. The tight PSU compartment might also require careful cable management to avoid obstructing airflow.Value: 4 out 25 starsThe AP201 offers a lot of bang for your buck. Its stylish design, spacious interior, and excellent cooling potential make it a compelling choice for MicroATX builders. However, the cable management challenges and awkward disk drive installation hold it back from a perfect score in the value department.Things to Consider:Limited Cable Management: Routing space behind the motherboard tray is limited, requiring careful planning and potentially creative solutions.Awkward Disk Drive Installation: Installing 2.5" or 3.5" drives can be a bit cramped and require specific mounting brackets.Tight PSU Space: Ensure your PSU cables are flexible and well-managed to avoid obstructing airflow.Final Verdict:The ASUS Prime AP201 is a fantastic choice for MicroATX builders who prioritize style, airflow, and spaciousness. Its compact design packs a surprising punch, and its minimalist aesthetics will fit seamlessly into any setup. However, be prepared to tackle some cable management challenges and potentially invest in additional fan mounts or brackets for optimal performance. For those willing to put in a bit of extra effort, the AP201 rewards with a cool, stylish, and surprisingly versatile MicroATX build experience.Note:This review is based on my research and analysis of the ASUS Prime AP201. Your experience may vary depending on your specific components and configurations.Feel free to adapt and personalize this review to your own experience and preferences. You can add specific details about your build, cable management solutions, or comparisons with other MicroATX cases.

This case seems extremely popular with microATX PC builders and there's a good reason why. Toolless panels, mesh on every side, full-size ATX power supply support and, with some clever maneuvering, enough room for 6 fans to keep even screaming-hot components under control while still finding space to sneak one 3.5" and one 2.5" storage device in there. Cut a fan or two on the bottom and you get even more space for more storage, which makes this case surprisingly good for a media center rig.Building in this case is exceedingly simple. Aside from only one panel that needs to be unscrewed to get easier access to the PSU mount, every part of the case is wide open after peeling the panels off - panels that are rather secure when mounted, despite having no screws. There's a reasonable to generous amount of space for spare cables under the PSU mount (depending on which height of mounting position you choose) and the deep and wide cable management column in the back is lined with cable straps, so cable management is generally no problem. There are a few caveats, though. It's easy to have fans or 3.5" HDDs mounted on the bottom interfere with cables connecting to a microATX motherboard's bottom headers, though it should all fit when routed correctly - especially if you opt for low-profile fans on the bottom to accommodate for an absurdly thick modern graphics card. Also, beware that the panel behind the motherboard won't go in if you run a cable in the bottom channel, since the panel sticks in there to act as a hinge - just keep the cables a little higher. There are no fan mounts on the front panel and the power extension cable to go from the back to the front PSU mount is at a right angle - if you're unlucky with the position and rotation of your PSU's electrical socket, the right angle will direct the cable into the front PSU shroud, forcing you to either remove the shroud (it's optional, anyway) or make a tight squeeze. A rare worst-case scenario would mean getting a second right-angle adapter to make the cable fit. Do some research into this! As for cooling, only the bottom vent is filtered and there are no holes for front-mounting a fan without some creative zip-tie work. Thus, it's best suited for bottom-up airflow, especially with a 240mm or 360mm radiator exhausting from the top.All in all, it's a fantastic, subtly beautiful microATX case at a good price with only a handful of issues, though I'd consider them minor in the face of everything that the case does right.
