don't waste your money on this kit, i just bought this to rebuild my 2002 Chevy express 3500 trans. model number 4L80E. I am extremely disappointed with this kit. First i opened the box to find the oil pan gasket folded in half twice, then, i found all the clutches and plates which are fine, and them multiple assorted bags of o-rings washers, seals, and filters. there was a parts list that mentioned the big items but did not mention any of the rings, seals,etc in the bags... upon rebuild many disappointing problems arose.. first the rear seal was the wrong size so had to order it, next the seals for the centering shaft did not fit properly and needed to be hammered in, almost worked until they cracked and i had to order replacements. next many of the wear parts were not in the kit( washers, etc.) upon attempts to rebuild the valve body, the 1 screen filter included was the wrong size and not applicable. many of the screen filters needed were not even included, i had 2 broken springs in the accumulator body which were not included in the kit.. for that matter NO springs were included in this master rebuild kit! The kit had a material list but no diagrams, pics, instructions, etc. so when i called the company about the missing components it was almost impossible to speak intelligently about what i had and what i didn't have...i have rebuilt 4 transmissions in the past and this was BY FAR the most disappointing kit i have worked with. my advise is to find another kit from another manufacturer. This kit was more headache then anything else. i am utterly disappointed and now still without a car as i await replacement parts from the dealer that should have been included in this kit. not worth the purchase
