No instructions like how many times should you run it. Or does it work in reverse? It runs only 15 seconds and sounds like a cement mixer.

We got the delivery a little late due to Covid-19....I have to say my wife inquired about it to the seller....great and amazing customer service with fast and timely response....we gave it a couple of days due to the Pandemic and it came.... No problems what so ever... Great product and great place to buy from...

I used this cassette player cleaner once, as a preventative measure only. Our cassette player had been working fine up til then but had never been cleaned.At the end of the cleaning process there was a weird "crunching" sound but didn't think too much of it, at that time. Also, the cassette opener panel was difficult to open afterwards, when trying to insert a cassette.On a second try using the player after that (don't use it very often) the cassette opener panel wouldn't open at all! We finally pulled it open and then found out what had happened with the cleaning process. A piece of white plastic had broken off and was now wedged inside the player's mechanism. It could have only happened due to this kit, also explaining what that weird crunching noise had been.This isn't a new player but it was in excellent condition and isn't used much either. The seller offered a refund for the kit only which I find unacceptable. We followed the instructions to the letter and now have a damaged player due to this product. I have now contacted Amazon customer service for their assistance with this matter as I am very disappointed with what the seller offered by way of compensation.Buy at your own risk, definitely not recommended.😔Helpful votes are always appreciated.

Similar product purchased before was supposed to be used every 10 hours of playing time. This one works well and doesn't need to be used as often. The recommendation is every 40 hours of playing time and that is a nice change!
