Small frame means the screw holes are not easily accessible. No bearing just bare wheel very loosely on the axle is low end performance. You get what you pay for again

Compact, easy to mount, versatile, cheap, effective.I paired these with a weightlifting pulley kit. I used these 4 to enable low pulley movements like tricep kickbacks, lateral raises, rows. I'm going to grease the sleeves that sit between pulley and axle to smooth things out as there are no bearings.
