These calipers have zinc plating is important in Canada winter weather and road salt, if no zinc plating the brake calipers can begin to rust soon.AutoShack is a good customer service - Cielo answered all my questions. I'm happy with their customer service.After 1 year of use, the caliper pin bushing got stuck due to expansion. It may be that the manufacturer did not use qualified silicone grease but used incorrect lubricating grease, causing the rubber to expand.respond from sellerThank you for reaching out. Ended up only using part of each caliper , as the frame would not work with the factory bolts. I had to re-use old rusty parts /frames unfortunately. I did make it work however(I’m a mechanic), and the quality of the caliper was very good - with the exception of the frames. I already had them installed on my car,(had to drive) and the seller wanted pics , part numbers vin numbers yada yada ….before they admit anything could have been wrong. The whole ordeal was a huge pain in the a$$ and I was never reconciled with, apologized to, or offered any kind of refund or anything for the hassle. Hence the one star.

Well priced caliper pair for rear of our MDX. Prior sliders had seized, so added extra lube to these frames/sliders, especially the bottom slider with the plastic bushing: easy bolt of at a great price.

They seem to be fine so far. I installed them a week ago on the rear of our pilot and they’ve been working great. No more sqeaks or rubbing between the pads and rotor. I’d did add a little slide pin lube to what was already there since I had it handy but other than that I’m happy with them.
