Maybe it’s just me, but h had a difficult time getting it mounted and adjusted to my car . However once I got it to where it needed to be , it does the trick. Very large mirror makes it easy to see baby

It's big which is nice but I find the straps it came with are a little too loose. I have a Honda civic and it tends to shift around sometimes so I have to make sure it's adjusted before driving which is annoying. I use this sometimes for tummy time as well and my baby loves it

This mirror almost perfect, and it's the best I've been able to find. It's a great size, being somewhat bigger than our last mirror. We mounted it vertically, and it solved a few problems that our last one had.(1) The headrest of the carseat is adjustable and is moving up as our child grows. The headrest of the vehicle seat on which the mirror is mounted has only one position, so it can't be raised. Mounting this mirror vertically gives it the height to allow the driver to see it over the carseat headrest nonetheless.(2) The kid would occasionally deliberately kick the last mirror and point it downward. Mounted vertically, this one has its bottom edge resting on the vehicle seat back, so the mirror remains upright without the capacity to be angled further downward even with a kick.(3) Mounting the mirror vertically makes it so we can see more of the kid than we could with the last mirror. And the curvature makes it so that the kid can also see himself, which he likes but couldn't do when the old mirror was positioned so we could see him.(4) The ball joint is stiffer than the one on our last mirror. That one had started to allow the mirror to gradually fall just from the vibration of the vehicle on the road. The vertical mounting position we put this one in should prevent that anyway, but the joint is stiff enough that I would expect it to hold up better. Also, on this one there are also some screws at the joint that could presumably be tightened to tighten the joint up, though I haven't actually had to try them yet. One of the flaws on all of these mirrors, as far as I've seen, is that the ball joint can't be easily tightened by hand without tools (and on most it can't be tighted at all), as it can on a lot of dashboard cell phone holders. Not sure why some manufacturer hasn't connected the dots yet.

I have a toddler and infant both rear facing and this was a great mirror to buy them. I ordered 2. It was a bit confusing how to set up at first but then I realized how easy it actually was! They are large so I can see most of the children!

This was really easy to set up and works well. Definitely helps our kid feel more secure on car rides, and I like being able to see him from the front seat! I like that it’s shatter-proof but also doesn’t have a warped “funhouse” type reflection, it’s very clear. If you’re sending this as a gift just be aware that it ships in the box that says what’s inside so you might want to select a gift wrap option if that’s the case!
