The quality of the cameras and monitor are top notch! Clear picture, clear sound. Also love the sound machine and night light features built into the cameras. So many ways to customize it. Recommend this to all expecting parents. The split screen feature is the best out there! What makes it even better, the customer service is top notch!

Originally would have given 5 stars but after 1.5 years one camera decides when it wants to turn on and off and both of the cameras have started giving off a high pitched noise which can be detected by the monitor. Normal troubleshooting steps have not fixed the issue. If you want lo get life, I'd recommend another product.

Such a wonderful set of cameras and monitor! (Previously owned hello baby for a cheaper option and there is a SIGNIFICANT quality difference between the two. Don’t go cheaper on a baby monitor, you’ll likely be using it every single day and every night for years!!) Great quality and great features! I purchased an additional camera to have 3 and I can even add a fourth when the time comes!Camera quality is very good! Has auto shift from day to night time with pretty decent color accuracy. I love the temperature display so i can adjust my ac as necessary! I’ve never used the sound/song feature since we have sound machines but it’s a wonderful feature if you’re traveling with the cameras or don’t want to also purchase a sound machine.Security seems good, I’ve never had an issue.This set is definitely worth the money.Easy to mount to the wall. Pan tilt is excellent!!!I had an issue with the range on my set however customer service reached out to me and promptly solved my issue!! I haven’t had a range issue since! Customer service is 10/10 They went above and beyond, I will forever be a babysense customer!

We were looking for a dual screen camera for our twins and Babysense seemed to be the most popular on the twins moms group I am a part of. Glad I listened to the crowd consensus. Imagine quality and sound are awesome. It’s super easy to use and it works perfect. Prior to this we had one by one of the top brands on the market and it simply doesn’t compare to Babysense. Strongly recommend!

Got it as a baby shower gift and I like it so much. It holds charge and the monitor screen is clear and sometimes even brighter than the room actually is. The two camera option is very useful for me wiht the split screen. Did not use the two way talking option yet but I find it useful if you have two floors to run in between to talk/calm your kids. Recommend

UPDATE:: I have updated my rating and stars! The company has in fact sent a new monitor after lots of back and forth because of being in Canada- but they did send us a new monitor! 🙌🙌🙌 thank you!The product itself is good..yet 11months in the monitor stopped working - like black! No visual at all. Unfortunately this was bought at my baby shower though so it didn’t fall within the 1 year purchase date so therefore my warranty was out.After contacting the company they said there’s nothing they can do BECAUSE we’re in Canada. Absolutely love this monitor. I had a Vava and returned it because I was having issues nonstop. I’m so glad I got this one instead. Quality is better, range is way better, sound is good, battery life is good. I literally have no complaints. I think the temperature indicator may be off by 1-2 degrees but that doesn’t bother me. We monitor the temperature of our children’s room another way anyway

The monitor itself is of excellent quality - great picture, lots of settings, great cameras and battery.HOWEVER, my parent unit is faulty and requires me to reset my preferred Vox, time, temperature etc settings every single time I turn the parent unit back on. I was in contact with the monitor company (Babysense) for several days and they were very helpful and responsive, however in the end, they told me I needed to contact the Amazon seller as it is out of their hands (they don't sell directly to Canada and I bought off of Amazon). I was 3 days past the Amazon 30 day return and this Amazon seller (Nation Central) refused to offer any help besides telling me to contact the manufacturer. Extremely unimpressed with the customer service by this seller.

I have had this monitor for a couple months and I love it! Previously had a summer infant camera/monitor, which wouldn’t keep a charge and was very frustrating - company did nothing to help when I reached out. Babysense product has great night vision (insanely clear/visible), battery life is really good and seems to have good range. I have 2 acres and didn’t lose connection in and around my home (about 50-60ft) but haven’t tested super far yet. I read in previous reviews that the sound isn’t the best but I see no issues with that. Lastly, their customer service has been amazing to deal with as there was an issue with my camera not pairing and they are now sending me a new one with no hesitation! Definitely recommend!
