sacks are elegant and perfect but the handles are wadded up and twisted and ruined being crammed in a box too small. I have ordered sacks for years and years but the handles are unmanageable. I wish I knew how to straighten them out …I am sooo disappointed to have them arrive like this… unacceptable …but I havenever returned. ANYTHING TO AMAZON IN MY LIFE.. and I am not going to mess with it …JUST NEVERMIND … but,it is only THE HANDLES…..
