Bought this for my husband and he loves it. Other yoga mats are usually very thin and hard on his knees. This one is thick and soft.

I am sure it’s a great mat, as it’s definitely thicker than my daughter’s; however, the strap that came with it(see pics) looked like it was ripped(not cut) and there is a straight edge cut in the mat. We didn’t open the box with anything sharp(the tape was pretty easy to open without anything), and the rip in strap was at the opposite end of where the straight cut was. Not sure how to contact seller on here, but I am sure this is a one off, and doesn’t usually happen. 🤷♀️

This mat is not good for any type of yoga (especially hot). There is no traction on it and you are consistently slipping and your mat is moving making it hard to position properly . While the thickness is nice, the mat is made poorly. Don’t recommend

The product arrived with permanent imprinting on it from the belt that holds it together. I was willing to ignore that but, after a week of use, the yoga mat was mottled and torn! I never used shoes or any hard objects on the mat. I returned this product.

I've had this BlanaceFrom yoga mat for 10 days now, using it at least twice a day for extensive abs and yoga exercises. I hav been stepping on it with my sports shoes on my concrete gym floor and so fat no wears or tears. This mat is thick enough that I do not feel the cold concrete floor and provides good support for when I am lying down to do abs or yoga exercises.The deep grooves make the grip perfect! It comes with a very nice strap, but honestly I use the mat so frequently that it is always on the floor for when I am hitting the gym. I also appreciated that it came ready to use, with no chemical odours the kind that many mats or rubbery products come with and take ages to get rid of. I wipe it with mild cleaner after every use and it's ready for the next set of exercise! I recommend it.The mat came fast and neatly packed, and is an awesome addition to my home gym.

I just received it and it is a great product! It is nice and thick enough to use on a hard floor so its great for me! Although it is thick, it is the perfect amount of soft and cushioned but still strong enough that you do not sink in. I will update my review in a month after further useOne dislike is that because the strap was attached a little tight, it has left marks on the mat. Hopefully this goes away since i loosened it but this does not affect the mat's performance in any way
