I bought this to replace my pipe / heater housing that was leaking. I figured I’d buy the whole unit with heater and sensors. I installed it and immediately had issues, temp wasn’t staying accurate and would intermittently flash a no water flow / heater dry code even though it wasn’t dry or low on water. I ended up draining the tub again and installing my old heater element and sensors in the new housing / pipe and have no lot had issues since.
