I was please to see that it isn't a hard plastic, rather is is more rubber like. I had to track down a video to clarify installation, but it was easy after seeing the video, though lifting up the car molding along the edge to the trunk was a bit more difficult that how it appeared in in the video. Once in place it stays there and looks like it is original equipment. Now I can get my golf clubs out of the trunk with less concern about damaging the car.

This is an amazing protective piece that all Model 3 2024 or newer models need. It fits over the carpet-covered piece where things hit each time you put something heavy in the trunk. I would recommend this to everyone. It not only protects, but it also looks great as well.

Compared to other trunk protectors I've tried, this one is better than most. It appears more durable, seems to offer protection and is much easier to clean. I appreciate the clean design that doesn't detract from my car's aesthetic.
