It gives me the length I need to be able to connect the charger to the engine battery in my motorhome while keeping the plugin parts inside protected from the elements.

These need to be able to fit the connectors from the electrical plug in end. These are much safer than a regular extension cord. These worked perfectly when we left for a three week vacation. Both cars were battery ready when we got home.

Works great. The cord on my Battery tender is about 3 feet to short. I run it through the engine bay and secure it out the grill. Battery always charged in the winter.
