Think of these as a wider and more flaccid big brother of the normal hard sleeves one would get. They won’t fit in a normal card box, but they will sure keep your precious cards away from any liquids or scuffs. Good buy.

I needed some of these, as I was sending cards to PSA for grading. These are the second step in their packaging instructions, and are meant to keep your cards from sliding all over the place. You have to be careful putting your cards in them though, because you can still damage the cards if you're not careful, as these are SEMI rigid. They aren't loose like a comic bag is. I found if you grip them on the outside sides and push them together so the holder "puckers" slightly, you can then slip the card in with relatively little contact.
