I have an actual donut bed that I bought for a similar price point that is full and the circle is a donut/anxiety cuddle bed. But this dog bed is a deflated version... the donut is not substantial. It is soft, but a very flat pancake. Would not recommend it, it will not poof up (even after 12+ hours).My dogs will not be able to use the side as a cuddle structure or pillow, because the stuffing is not dense enough. Which is something you'd expect from the product photographs and other donut beds you can purchase.

My dog is a 85 pound English labrador. She is 10 years old. I bought this cozy bed as a replacement bed for a different bed that was made nice, but after having it for a few years I couldn't wash it anymore the insides were falling apart. I let this bed rest for three days after unboxing it as instructed (48 hours was recommended). I love how it is designed and my sweet girl looks like she thinks it's very comfortable.I noticed that it is machine washable and the zipper looks sturdy. I am very happy with this purchase!

Really soft and my 100 pounds GSD girl seems already addicted to this cloud feeling! For senior dog keep in mind to have another orthopedic bed, but this one is still thick, and is going to be perfect for the living room or the back of a SUV for our long ride.

As a victim of my own actions (letting my dog on the bed from an early age), I have often found myself fighting my pup for prime bed real estate over the years. Not anymore! My golden has always been somewhat ambivalent towards previous dog beds we’ve had. She took to this one immediately and now jumps into my bed less and less in favour of her new slumber pad. This bed is so soft, and reached full fluff volumes within a couple of hours of opening it. I haven’t washed it yet so I cannot speak to its ability to maintain its softness and volume, but if first impressions are any indication of what’s to come, I am highly optimistic. Would recommend!

So I originally ordered the largest size 45 inch (114 x 114) as we have two dogs (full-grown labs) and they like to sleep together sometimes. I was hoping it would be big enough for the 2 of them. Unfortunately, it wasn't so I sent it back and got 2 of the 36 inch (91 x 91, dark grey) and those are a good size for each of them. Only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that it could use a little more filling in the perimeter. When they rest their big old blockheads on the outer rim, it flattens a bit so I might just buy some cotton batting and fill them a bit more. It does come vacuum-sealed and this causes the interior filling to collect in pockets, so you may have to manually redistribute the filling a bit after opening but this wasn't too labour-intensive.

Bought this XL bed for my lab/shepherd cross. Bed was a good size and very soft. It looked like it would be very easy to clean, but we didn't get that far. Unfortunately, the zipper that went around the bed to hold in the doughnut pillows broke within 3 days of gentle use. (My dog was actually not sure about the bed so anytime he laid down on it, he did so gingerly). The zippers are very small, which I think would be just fine for the small sized beds, but just not substantial enough for larger dogs. I'm currently waiting for my refund.

This bed is the best cuddle bed that I have bought and I’ve gone through many! It is completely washable and condenses to a small size to fit in the washing machine. Most of the other beds I’ve bought are difficult to wash and reassemble. This one beats them all.

We bought this to replace a rectangular bed for our Weimaramar and he immediately fell in love with it, sleeping on his back, snuggling up to the side and curling up in a ball! We loved that he loved it so much, we bought a second one so he has two, one inside and one outside in his shed.Highly recommended
