Wow is this thing big it came in a little box and vacuum sealed the liner was included but not installed but neatly folded in the box truthfullyvthe instructions say 48 hours to fully expand possible to take up to 5 days within 3-4 hours it was more than ready to go I haven’t seen a noticeable change since then like everything else I got this for our Saint Bernese “Hollywood Breed” (think Labra-Doodle, Pom-Chi, Pom-Ski, Golden-Doodle any mix breed that mixes the best of two well known pure breeds more or less ending up with dogs as desirable if not more so than their pure breed parents in out pups case we have a Saint Bernard mixed with a Bernese Mountain Dog after losing our pure breed Bernese Mountian Dog named Princess in late 2024 and unknown to us a friend of our family had a litter that was about 4 weeks old long story short that’s how Minnie came into our lives and at 5 months old today she’s almost as big as Princess was when she was full grown princess whas 75 lbs. last month Minnie was 35lbs and she’s noticeably larger now hence why I opted for the larger bed instead of a medium anticipating a her to hit the 100lbs mark but truthfully I wouldn’t be surprised if once she’s adult size that Minnie could sprawl out on this bed with a second full grown large to giant dog breed and still be comfortable it definitely does the thing and the water proof liner doesn’t make a crinkly racket! How awesome is that!?!?

We have a large Shepherd Lab mix and, due to his body length, I've had a hard time finding a bed to fit him. We do have one large memory foam bed that he is quite comfortable in; however, it is too wide to fit in an area which is convenient for him, as well as us. This large dog bed is large enough for him to lay on comfortably, with plenty of room for him to reposition. It is not quite as wide as his last bed so it fits in a convenient area of the room where he can sleep/rest without the interruptions of anyone stepping around him. The memory foam is thick and durable and it has an inner, and outer, cover. The outer cover is blanket soft: I know he likes it because he prefers it to the bed or couch. The inner cover is waterproof, which makes a 'crinkly' sound when he steps/lays on it, so it took a few days for him to get used to it, but it is removable--if a dog shies away from those sounds.All in all, I think this is a great dog bed for large dogs!

I have bought so many dog beds for my dog's crates over the years and this is by far the best one I have ever had. This bed is super thick and comfy with a flat or egg foam side to choose from. The foam comes with a waterproof cover and the bed cover, making it sooo much easier to clean. I have ruined so many dog beds trying to wash them in the washing machine and dryer. This design allows you to simply remove the top cover and wash it, which has been a game changer for how often I am able to clean my dog's bed. He loves his bed and it is so much thicker than the other ones. He is a corgi and sheds a lot, but the fleece lining on top doesn't collect hair which is another thing I am loving about this bed.

This is a good bed but not the pups' favorite. I like the extra inner lining to protect the padding from any accidents, but the padding itself has not grown on them too much yet and I find it to be worse with the egg-crate style than the memory foam the one likes more. Not bad and they have shared it, and this comes at much lower price-point so it's a good value option, and does support their weight. I think the problem is more as they get on it sinks enough to bring the ends up and it just feels a bit less sturdy as it's being moved on. I've also noticed that even when I make sure to clear it out before finalizing the zipper on the outer liner, it would have some air buildup and so it was more like an air mattress that again was tougher to move on. A couple tries and I got that pushed out and that's when they got more comfortable giving it a shot.It's a good size, and once on, they seem comfortable enough, and I do like the contour on the bottom to keep it in place on different flooring types. If they didn't already have the higher end one (memory foam and a bordering 'armrest' type pad on 3 sides) they would likely be really happy with this. Just knowing they have a choice, they go to the other bed more, and I don't really blame them. I mainly got it as the higher end one is mostly known between them as the older dog's bed and I wanted a dedicated one the younger could use more often.

Overall, the quality of the Bedfolks dog bed represents good value for money.The foam mattress, while not too thick, does offer just the right amount of support. I was skeptical at first because the mattress initially seemed thinner than I expected and thinner than other dog beds I've owned. However, I sat on it to give it a test and found it to be comfortable enough to support my weight.The XL is giant. My two Irish Wolfhounds can fit on it simultaneously. I recommend using a tape measure to plot out exactly how much available space you have before purchasing. It's best to be sure that you have the space in the first place and, assuming you do, want to dedicate it to such a large dog bed. That being said, it's relatively light and foldable. Very easy to put away if you have company coming over and don't want the bed to be the focal point of your room while you entertain.The inner water proof liner is great to have. Even with housebroken, adult, dogs its only a matter of time before one of them vomits on the bed.The outer cover looks attractive and seems to be relatively durable.

After recently purchasing a new crate for my XL-sized dog, I needed a supportive and well-fitting dog bed for the base. Anyone familiar with crate training knows that having a proper waterproof pad is essential, and this bed delivers exactly that.One of the standout features is that it comes with a separate casing for the pad, making cleanup much easier if any accidents happen. The orthopedic pad itself took about two days to fully expand after unboxing, but once it did, it provided a firm yet comfortable surface for my dog.So far, it has worked perfectly for my needs. The waterproof cover holds up well, and the bed maintains its shape even with daily use. If you're looking for a durable and well-designed crate bed for a larger dog, this is a solid choice.

REVIEW - Bedfolks Orthopedic Dog Bed for Jumbo Dogs - Egg Foam Dog Crate Bed with Removable Waterproof Cover, Pet Bed Mat Suitable for Dogs and Pets Up to 150 lbs (54 x 44 x 4 inches, Dark Grey)The bed is basically a thick chunk memory foam mattress topper, which does not feel to bad for comfort as I laid in it myself with the dog, its not like a pillow filled mattress, it has cushion, but has a semi firm feel to it. It comes with two covering, the first is like a liner which will work as a barrier for moisture, I do find it a little noisy as it makes some crinkling sounds, but once the second cover is applied it does dampen it down, but I found my dog a little hesitant at first because of the sound. The second cover is really nice, its got this sherpa material on top that is soft and comfortable, the sides are a nice material too and the bed looks nice and neat.All the zippers run smoothly and the bed is very light to move around, it would also do very well sitting in the back of the van for the longer trips that need to be taken with the dog.The dog tested and seems to approve of it, he has several sleeping spots, but I believe he likes this one.Overall, I think the quality of this bed is good, combine the thickness of the foam and the two coverings, I believe this is worth the price for sure, would certainly recommend 👍

This is a fairly nice dog bed. We have two large dogs (full size standard poodle and poodle mix) and they like to stretch out on their beds. This one is quite big and has lots of space for them.The bed comes packed tightly in a smallish box and you have to unpack it and place the foam interior inside the removable exterior case. It's not rocket science, but it can be a bit frustrating to get it all lined up perfectly. The outer material is tough enough I suppose, but certainly isn't going to withstand any chewing or determined scratching if your dog is so inclined. My only complaint really is that the foam interior is just regular soft foam and doesn't provide a great deal of support. We have other dog beds with more supportive filler. But this is a minor quibble, as the dogs seem to enjoy the bed quite a lot.

I neededdog beds that are easy to wash and these fit the bill. Quick shipping and very easy assembly. The beds look great and my dogs love them. Best of all, the cover is easily washable, which is a necessity with my messy dogs.

This is a very big dog bed, great for even the largest breeds (like my Great Danes). We have several dog beds for our lazy pups, and this one is better in some ways and not as good in others. On the plus side is the internal liner provided to help keep the filling clean and dry. The cover itself is soft enough for our dogs without being too delicate for their big paws and nails. The foam insert itself is a little less dense than in some of the other dog beds of this type we have had in the past. It would be nice if for the larger beds they would increase the density of the foam as the heavier dogs need the additional support.

I am reviewing the Bedfolks Orthopedic Dog Bed for Small Dogs - Egg Foam Dog Crate Bed with Removable Waterproof Cover, Pet Bed Mat Suitable for Dogs and Pets Up to 20 lbs (24 x 16 x 3 inches, Navy)....This is a great bed for small to medium dogs. It is really soft in feel, but firm in support. I like that the sides are made of Oxford, which makes this waterproof and durable. Perfect for many applications. The zippered cover and liner are washable and they are easy to remove and replace. Overall a great bed, I highly recommend it.
