I recently purchased the Bingfu Mobile Ham Radio High Gain Antenna and, regrettably, I can only give it a two-star review. The design has a critical flaw that I believe could severely impact its longevity. As shown in the picture, there is a noticeable gap at both the base and the middle connector where the antenna rods are inserted. This gap creates a pathway for water to enter, which will undoubtedly lead to rusting over time and compromise the antenna's effectiveness. The design should have incorporated a solid seal at the top of the connector with the rods inserted from the bottom to eliminate any risk of moisture damage. On a brighter note, I do appreciate the mount; it's very well-designed and fully adjustable, which is a significant advantage. The RG58 cable also appears to be of good quality. However, the fundamental design flaw at the connection point overshadows these positives, making it difficult for me to recommend this product confidently.
