This is a pretty comprehensive set of grilling tools and accessories. In fact I can’t really think of anything you might need that it doesn’t have and a few things it does have and I am not sure why. The kit includes; a slotted spatula, a fork, a set of tongs, a good sized knife, a silicone basting brush, a digital meat thermometer, a grill cleaning brush with an extra head, salt and pepper shakers, 2 BBQ mats, 6 skewers, 8 corn holders, 2 reusable stainless steel straws, a straw cleaning brush all inside an aluminum storage case.The majority of the items are pretty self-explanatory and all I will say is that they are well made. The stainless steel used looks to be of good quality and is nicely finished as are the wood handles that they are attached to. The spatula in particular is quite beefy and I can see it lasting a long time. The knife is a good mid-size and is really sharp which probably means the strap in the case won’t last long.The thermometer is a nice touch and although I already have a folding type this one will be handy as a backup. It can display in both C and F on an easy-to-read screen. The only thing it lacks is illumination so using it at night will be more problematic. It also has a hold function but I am not really sure what use that has in grilling. However, it is there if you need it.The grill cleaning brush in the set comes with a detachable head as well as a spare but I was disappointed that it is using steel wire bristles which have been shown many times over to be a horrible for you when they brake off an end up in your food. I wish these were instead natural bristles, which would make the replaceable head even better.I am not sure the intended use of the grilling mats, of which there are two. Perhaps it is my own inexperience so I don’t think I will be using them. Again, they are included if you need them.The straws and straw brush seem like a strange addition to the set. However, it is always good to have more around so I take them as a bonus.Last is the case, which I feel should be a little better. It is OK but does feel a little bit cheaply made. Certainly, not on par with the quality of the utensils. Appearance wise it looks pretty good but the little details just seem off. There is a place for everything inside and the items are held in with a combination of elastic and Velcro straps. Some items are easier to get in and out than others. Some are downright awkward. Still, it is nice to have a place to keep the set but I am not sure I need them to be that portable.Overall this is a nice starter set of grilling accessories that has everything you need and more. For everything you get the current price of $45.99 and an available coupon for $5 off would be hard to beat.

There's a lot going on in this kit, some good some ... less good. But for the money, this is an incredible starter kit.*NOTE* - the kit I received did NOT come with an aluminum carrying case or thermometer that others have talked about, this is a different kit. This one comes with a soft carrying bag for most of the accessories.My kit included:- 12-inch melting dome,- burger smasher,- burger flipper,- large burger spatula,- griddle spatula,- slotted spatula,- chopper,- knife,- oil brush,- grill tongs,- BBQ fork,- 8x BBQ skewers,- 8x corn holders,- 2x squeeze bottles- 4x egg rings,- cleaning brush,- 8x hooks,- convenient storage bagReally, this is everything you need to get started, and some of these ones you won’t need to replace. This includes the dome, flippers, the burger press, the tongs, corn holders, and skewers. These are all excellent. The egg rings (2 round, 2 heart-shaped) are decent too, but we never use them. No complaints though. The squeeze bottles are OK, great for water, but I don’t trust the lid/cap enough to use one for oil. The salt & pepper shakers are more effort than they are worth, but also OK.The Fork is just fine, I just don’t like using a fork on the grill/griddle, as it lets juices out. It’s good quality though.The knife is quite sharp, but it’s become a kitchen knife, not dedicated to the griddle.The hooks are of no value to me – if I had a spot for them they might be useful, but I don’t like hooks that are open on both ends – when taking a tool of the hook, sometimes the hook will come with the tool. That’s not useful, I want the hook to be secured. These have gone right in the trash.The scrubbing brush is decent, but once clogged up or used too many times, it’s disposable. It also needs to be stored somewhere on its own, as it gets messy.The bag holds everything except the dome, but it’s crowded. If you remove some things (like the large burger flipper, I never use that), it’s good.For the price, and with the coupon, this is an excellent kit.

I got this set for my husband to go with his new griddle. He was thrilled to have the tools he needed to jump right in on the recipes that he wanted to make.I was especially happy with the variety if spatulas, the scraper, the dome and the press.I could have done without the hooks and corn con holders. I felt like they were wasted items.Overall a great set and seems to be good quality
