These necklaces are great quality and very easy to put ashes in. They are beautiful and my family loved them. The stone is a little heavy but not bad.

Promptly received item but it was defective. The screw would turn but wouldn’t come out. I received the replacement…this screw won’t go all the way in. Amazon was great about the return but I’m done with this necklace. I’ll keep it but lesson learned

As someone who has bought a lot of memorial jewelry over the past decade or so, I thought this piece was lovely. It is a beautiful and simple design that goes with many styles of clothing. I personally find grieving an easier process when I can feel that part is my lost loved one is still there with me. This urn style necklace allows me to take a bit of their ashes with me wherever I choose to wear the necklace.I especially like this product because they offer you a nice variety of stones to choose from. Additionally, they sent a card along with the necklace describing the metaphysical properties of the stone purchased. The necklace is made of stainless steel which is a durable metal that maintains it's shape very well and stays shiny without having to polish it.The pendant comes with a funnel and a metal rod with a scoop type ending to help you get the ashes into the necklace. The screw from the opening was easy to get out and it wasn't hard to put the ashes in. Once I was finished inserting the ashes, though, I found it hard to get the screw back into place to close the urn. The opening is on the bottom, so you must hold the pendant upside down to screw the screw in place. Therefore, you only have one hand with which to attempt to get the short little screw into the hole. It is challenging to fit it in the hole by hand, and get it aligned to the threads properly. Most memorial jewelry that is urn style with a screw closure come with a screwdriver to assist you in doing this, but this one didn't. That is why I removed one star from the rating. From my experience with memorial urn jewelry items, I do suggest that you use a dot of superglue on the threads of the screw to prevent it from loosening and falling out because of jarring movements from wear. Memorial jewelry is very emotionally valuable, so it would be a shame to lose a loved one's ashes because the closure did not stay tight. Because this necklace is stainless steel it may seem a bit heavier than if you are used to wearing sterling silver or gold, however it was not big enough to be too heavy for my personal comfort.This necklace was a very reasonable price for a semi-precious stone memorial piece of jewelry. The value for the person who wears this to honor a lost loved one is much greater than the money spent for this piece of jewelry. It's value as a tool in the grieving process may prove to be invaluable.I would recommend this necklace as a memorial urn style piece of jewelry, but with the suggestion that you have a petite standard head screwdriver available when you go to insert the ashes. That will make the job a lot easier.

I ordered one. Loved it but returned it because the little screw wouldn’t go back in. Figured I would try again and reordered a second one because I really loved the look of it. It came yesterday and is perfect. Everything worked fine. Must have just gotten a bad screw or something the first time. I’m glad I reordered.

My daughter absolutely loves the look and put my mom in there. BUT it's HEAVY and the chain broke the 1st week. Would have returned if mom wasn't already in there
