When I saw these paper bags, I immediately thought back to when I was a child. My mom was known as the French Fry Lady. She always had a huge pot of oil on the stove and made French fries all the time. I had kids follow me home from school who would stand at our back balcony and ask if she was making fries. She would hand paper bags filled with fries out to kids. Only Heaven knows how many hundreds of bags of fries she handed out over the years. My best friend remembers those French fry days. She pinched a couple of bags when I received them and when we had supper, she put the fries in a paper bag with the sides rolled down on the table. It was a touch of nostalgia and made me think of my mom.This same friend enjoys baking. She made rolls the other weekend. They were much too hot to put in bins or plastic bags as they would sweat and become soggy but we didn’t want to leave them out because of all the midge flies in the house that day. We put them in paper bags and they did quite nicely.We’ve used a couple of bags to ripen avocados in as well. There really is no limit to what you can do with a paper bag. They can be used to cover books, to hold small treasures, to make Hallowe’en treat bags, for arts and crafts and so much more. This friend’s pear tree has pears that will be ready to pick in about a week or so. You best believe we will be giving away pears in paper bags to friends, family and neighbours.The bags are a good size measuring roughly 3-1/2” x 2” x 7”. They are made of kraft paper and have a square bottom. You receive 50 bags for $17.99 which is a pretty good price in my opinion.

I’m give a lot of presents and loot bags throughout the year. I work at a school and we have a lot of bake sale fundraisers. These Kraft paper bags have so many uses. Therefore I like to always keep a stash on hand.This Kraft paper bags come in a 50 pc bundle. The quality is very and thick. It looks and feels like it’s durable. The exterior paper is matte and the interior paper has a shine slippery texture.Overall, this is a good value for the quality you’re getting. It’s a little on the smaller side than what I was expecting. Pay attention to the dimension before buying. It’s a good size for loot bags or for small size presents or baked goods/treats.
