This case is very nice, I love the design. The stand is good, but could be better if it was adjustable for different angles, I find there is a glare quite often.

Nice case but two things bug me. The closure magnet is really strong - like you need two hands to open strong. I actually had to glue a ribbon "handle" to have leverage to pull on and even then it's a bit to open. Second peeve is EReader isn't held securely (velcro on fold in tongue would help) on left side and it slips a bit, making it real difficult to charge in case. Otherwise it does work great. Having an option to hold by strap or easil is a bonus.

Its a nice case but an ackward to hold. If you want to shut off your kobo this case isnt for you unless you want to take it in and out of your case because you cant access the power button on the back.

This case for the Kobo Clara HD exceeded my expectations in every respect. Overall quality is exceptional and for the price that I paid, I don't see anything else out there that can compare more favourably. Plus the particular colour that I picked makes it all the more impressive and stylish, a real class act in my estimation. The product did not disappoint at all and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Five-star does not quite do it justice.

This is a great case for the price. It feels really nice, fits the Kobo well and is very comfortable to hold.The kick stand works but doesn’t stand straight. It’s not a big deal and I use it every day during breakfast, much nicer than trying to hold it while I eat.The hand strap is great if I’m holding it in my right hand but pretty much unusable for my left. Fortunately I have large hands so I can still reach around to turn the page when holding it one handed in my left hand.I was pleasantly surprised to find that the magnet that holds it closed also works great to hold it open! The sleep/wake works perfectly every time! The little elastic tab is a nice touch, helpful to release the magnet when closing it.We have five Kobos in our household and the others all have the cheaper (only by a couple dollars) kwmobile PU cases. Those are fine and are more pocketable than this one, but for the few dollars more this case is much nicer and definitely better quality.
