Does the job. The gold is harshly fake enough that when put with a real gold filled watch the finish of the chain is quite garish. The silver/steel colored ones do look good when put with the same watch finish.

I have a number of pocket watches. Some don't have chains. This set looks great and the big loop works great with pants loops.

I feel I got a good value, but I may want to upgrade to nicer chains later (with more robust and polished links).This will be for the interim... but they were worth what I paid... and the waistband clip is really the biggest part I was after... and I can recycle that for another chain. :)

Switchme chains are nice not a heavy made chain for a pocket watch that is heavy in weight works for mine as its fairly light just about matches. In color the clip is tight and holds great, its not a strong chain if someone or something pulls your watch from your pocket it will pop the chain or get caught it will not stand up to that so keep in mind this is nice well made replacement chain it just may not be as strong or heavy as the chain you are replacing it with, This is why I would call this cheap fix on a budget.
