Item description said it ships with an Allen wrench. The unit I received did not have an Allen wrench. Needed it to mount to a hospital bed. Unable to mount without the wrench. My family member is in a skilled nursing facility so the wrench needs to be readily accessible so it can be removed or repositioned as necessary.

Bottle holder works well for our Giraffe bottles. It's a must have for the longer "neck" Giraffe bottle. The clamp was easy to mount and the instructions to adjust it were clear. We did not mount it on a wheelchair but I can see where it would be a perfect fit for that.
