The paper has a very nice thickness that folds and crisp enough to crease well. When rolling off a length I can crease and tear it cleanly. When forming folds to wrap meats for the last few hours of smoking it has little spring back and stays in place while I tie the meat in.

Nice paper, but your packaging has something to be desired. It came shrink wrapped but there was holes pierced deep into the paper and a slit cut deep into the paper. This was not done by UPS.its very usable but not exactly great !!

Toxin free, was free and works great! I use it for everything (cooking, baking, storage, etc…) and have suggested it to multiple friends and family members
