Got this paper for my husband who was trying his hand at 'another' brisket. Unfortunately, the brisket was left standing too long, and dried out again, but the paper worked well and kept the heat in. So the failed brisket was not the papers fault. I may have to do the next brisket :)

It’s thick paper, but no coating for freezing meat.Finally opened it up to continue butchering my moose.Nope 👎 opened it up and blew a gasket !Don’t know what to do with it now ?

This is good quality butcher paper. I used it to wrap two pork shoulders on the smoker and they came out great. The paper held up well, let the meat breath and kept the crust crispy. 10 out of 10 for bbq use.

It is not a North American made paper product, seemed to be ok. It did smell a wee bit and had no statement of the products that were used in it, or on it in manufacture. So its hard to determine "natural". But it worked.
